Mice & rats
We find how they're getting in — gaps around pipes, dryer vents, garage door corners — seal those first, then set traps inside. Sealing is the part that keeps them out; traps just clear what's already there.

What we treat
Most of what we do comes down to finding the source instead of treating the symptom. Here's what that means for each one.
We find how they're getting in — gaps around pipes, dryer vents, garage door corners — seal those first, then set traps inside. Sealing is the part that keeps them out; traps just clear what's already there.
Odorous house ants and pavement ants nest outside and forage in. We treat the trail back to the nest, not just the ones on your counter, so you're not seeing them again in three weeks.
Nest removal from eaves, soffits, playsets, and ground nests in the yard. If anyone in the house is allergic, say so when you call and we'll move you to the front of the schedule.
Web knockdown plus a perimeter treatment, and a look at the crawlspace and window wells where they overwinter. That's usually where the ones in your basement are coming from.
We inspect before we quote, because the treatment depends entirely on how far they've spread. Sometimes that's targeted work in one room; sometimes it's whole-room treatment. We'll tell you which.
German cockroaches require thorough inspections and crack-and-crevice treatments. Treatment usually takes multiple follow-ups and monitoring until the infestation is fully resolved.
Termites are few and far between in Colorado, but it does happen. Whether you need a free inspection, a quote, a full trench-and-drill treatment, or just preventative work to keep the house protected, we'll come take a look.
Yard treatment through the season, aimed at the shaded, damp places they rest during the day rather than the open lawn.
They pile up on warm south and west walls in fall, then work in through window frames and siding gaps. The treatment is exterior and it's all about timing — late September, before they move in. Once they're already in the walls, the honest answer is a vacuum and patience until spring.
The one we get called about most is solar panels — the gap underneath is warm and sheltered, and once birds nest there you get droppings down the roof and chewed wiring. We screen the panel perimeter so they can't get back under. Same idea on commercial rooflines and warehouse ledges: netting and spikes on the ledges they're actually using, then cleanup and disinfection of what they left behind.
From your call to done
Tell us what you're seeing and where. If you can send a photo, do — it often saves a visit.
We walk the property, find the entry points or the nest, and give you a flat price before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
Most jobs include a follow-up visit to verify it worked. If it didn't, we come back on our dime.
No hidden fees. No unnecessary upcharges.
No cancellation fees and no contracts. Ever.
Who shows up
I run this business myself, which means the person who quotes your job is the person who does it and the person you call if something isn't right. No call center, no upsell script, no technician who's never seen your house before.
Pest work in Northern Colorado has its own rhythm — mice pushing indoors the first cold week of October, wasps peaking in late August, ants coming up through slab cracks every spring. After enough seasons you stop guessing and start knowing where to look.
If a problem doesn't need treatment, I'll tell you that too. Sometimes the answer is a $12 door sweep and no chemicals at all.

Homes and businesses
One-time treatments when something shows up, or quarterly service if you'd rather not think about it. We work around your schedule and we're careful around kids and pets.
Restaurants, rentals, offices, and storage. Scheduled service with written treatment logs and documentation that holds up to a health inspection. Discreet visits, after hours if you need them.
Where we go
Based in Fort Collins, working across Larimer and Weld counties. If you're just outside the list, call anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
Before you call
Yes, when it's applied correctly. Most products we use need a few hours to dry, and we'll tell you exactly which rooms to stay out of and for how long. If you'd rather go a lower-toxicity route, say so — for a lot of problems there's a version of the job that uses baits and exclusion work instead of sprays.
It depends on the pest and the size of the property, so we won't pretend there's one number. What we will do is give you a flat price after the inspection, before any work starts. You'll never get an invoice bigger than the quote.
No. Plenty of customers call us once, we fix it, and that's the end of it. Quarterly service is available if you want it, but nobody gets locked in.
We come back too, and you don't pay for that visit. Some things — German roaches, bed bugs, mice in an older house — genuinely need more than one treatment, and that's built into the original price.
Usually within the same week. Wasp nests near a doorway, anything in a commercial kitchen, and situations where someone in the house has an allergy get moved to the front of the schedule — call rather than using the form for those.
For most treatments, no. Whole-room treatment for bed bugs is the main exception, and we'll walk you through that before the day.
Request a quote
We read these ourselves and usually reply the same day. If it's urgent — wasps by a doorway, roaches in a kitchen — call instead.
